Bromophenol Blue is a pH indicator, and a dye appearing as a strong blue color. It is often used as a tracking dye during agarose or polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Bromophenol blue has a slight negative charge and will migrate the same direction as DNA, allowing the user to monitor the progress of molecules moving through the gel. The rate of migration varies with gel composition.
We are engaged in offering Acid Red 18 to our clients as per the requirement.
These fall into several classes:
Alizarin complexone is suitable for the colorimetric detection of fluorine. Alizarin complexone is also known that it has antiretroviral activity for the medication purpose of the treatment of infection by retroviruses.
Alizarin Complexone has also been used as a colorimetric reagent for the determination of rare earth metals and fluoride ion.
Alizarin Red S is used in histology and histopathology to stain, or locate calcium deposits in tissues. In the presence of calcium, Alizarin Red S, binds to the calcium to form a Lake pigment that is orange to red in color. Whole specimens can be stained with Alizarin Red S to show the distribution of bone, especially in developing embryos. In living corals alizarin Red S has been used to mark daily growth layers,
Alizarin yellow GG is a useful acid-base indicator commonly used in nutrient media preparation. The removal of the dye is pH dependent and can be withdrawn from aqueous solutions by irradiating the sample with radiation at 355 nm and nano ZnO particles.
Alizarin yellow GG is directly mutagenic to the Salmonella/microsome system. Furthermore, Alizarin yellow GG can inhibit conjugation transfer of depressive R-factors RI drd and R 64 drd.
Alizarin Yellow R is used for coloring many different materials such as textile, leather, plastics, food, and pharmaceuticals and for manufacturing paints and lacquers and for printings purposes.

Amido black 10B is an amino acid staining azo dye used in biochemical research to stain for total protein on transferred membrane blots, such as the western blot. It is also used in criminal investigations to detect blood present with latent fingerprints. It stains the proteins in blood a blue-black color.
Aurin (C.I. 43800), sometimes named rosolic acid or corallin is an organic compound, forming yellowish or deep-red crystals with greenish metallic luster. It is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in alcohol.
Due to this behaviour it can be used as pH indicator with pH transition range 5.0 - 6.8. It is used as an intermediate in manufacturing of dyes.
Azure A is an organic compound with the chemical formula C₁₄H₁₄ClN₃S. It is a light blue to dark blue dye. It is used as a screening test for mucopolysaccharides. It can also be used to stain lysosome in blood smears, and is often used in Giemsa stain.
